When we engage in workplace conflict mediation, we create a safe space to understand the challenges and goals of each participant. We start with individual meetings and then move to collective communication if the parties agree. If requested or the need arises, workplace conflict mediation may include evaluation of policies, systems, or social dynamics in order to prevent unnecessary conflict in the future.
